ITALIAN WHITE BEANS HUMMUS WITH GIA SOFFRITTO VEGETABLE BASE MIX

Ingredients (serves 4)

Boiled white beans 250 g
Extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp
GIA Soffritto Vegetable Base mix 1 tbs
salt
Fresh parsley
Pepper
Croutons

Preparation

Put the white beans, GIA Soffritto Vegetable Base mix and evo oil in the blender. Add salt and pepper.
Blend until you get a soft mousse.
Pour into a small bowl, garnish with GIA Soffritto Vegetable base mix, parsley and pepper.
Serve with crunchy croutons.
