PIADINA CHIPS

Ingredients (serves 4)

4 thin flatbreads (piadinas)
2 tsp metled butter
30 g Chopped parsley
25 g Salt
Pepper

Preparation

Melt the butter and mix it in a small bowl with the chopped parsley, a pinch of salt and GIA garlic paste. If you like it, you can also add pepper or other spices. Carefully brush one side of the piadinas with the flavoured butter, then cut each one into 6 wedges. Put each piece on a baking sheet and cook them in a preheated oven at 190° for 5/6 minutes or until they are well toasted and crunchy. Serve as a delicious accompaniment to sauces or aperitifs.
