GIA Oriental Salad Dressing

Ingredients for 4 people:

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil;
1 tablespoon of sesame oil;
2 teaspoons of GIA Ginger Paste;
1 teaspoon of GIA Shallot Paste;
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar;
1 tablespoon of soy sauce;
1 teaspoon of brown sugar or acacia/ wildflower honey

Procedure:

Emulsify all ingredients with a whisk (or putting them in a glass jar and shaking vigorously) and use the vinaigrette to season mixed vegetable salads cooked or raw. Ideal are all types of lettuce and radicchio, carrots, radishes, cucumbers, seaweed, tomatoes, raw or slightly blanched cabbage. Also great for seasoning bresaola and carpacci meat and fish.
